This Tibetan singing bowl is made by artisans in Nepal. The bowl is an alloy of seven metals. It is ideal for Meditation, Yoga, spiritual and body healing and energy cleansing. It is with Root chakra (1st, Muladhara) and Sacred (2nd Svadhisthana).
The inside of the bowl is beautifully engraved with Buddha varada mudra while the back and around the bowl is engraved with mantra OM MANI PADME HUM.
