This Buddha statue is made in the city of Patan in Nepal which is known for the quality of the work of its craftsmen.
It is made of brass and then covered with a partition of stones (lapiz-lazuli, coral and turquoise) which  are glued by hand to give a beautiful appearance to the statues.
