This beautiful bracelet is handcrafted by artisans from Nepal. It is silver plated. There is a small reconstituted turquoise stone set on both sides of the mantra.   It is engraved with the mantra "OM MANI PADME HUM", one of the most famous mantra of Buddhism model. The mantra is written  in ranjana (script used in Nepal by the Newar community in Nepal).
 
The sound OM symbolizes the body, the mind and the word of Buddha, MANI refers to the path of teaching, PADME corresponds to the dimension of wisdom of this path and HUM refers to the unification of wisdom and the path.
